L’ISCRIZIONE VIARIA DEL MONGINEVRO: UNA RISPOSTA

Abstract

In reply to the criticism of Benoît Rossignol in «Rev. Arch. Narb.» 52 (2019), 313-337, the author reaffirms his reconstruction of the road inscription from the Montgenèvre pass (CIL XII, 12*), and particularly both the lenght of their lines and the consular dating of AD 102. In line 8, instead of victor, the author suggests here [a]uctor liberalissimus.
